The most unique aspect of this title on Xbox 360 is the Ultimate Team mode which allows the player to manage a fantasy team using a deck of virtual cards analogous to other fantasy trading card games played with real cards. The deck represents a team of players, managers and other staff which are used to manage and develop a fantasy team from humble beginnings to the best team in the in the game. Cards may also be put up for trade with other players to help you acquire rare cards and earn game credits. Players can take their Ultimate Teams online and use additional game play cards to strategic advantage during the match.

Delayed or missing items

If you have not received your item within the timeframe estimated on your dispatch confirmation, please contact us, and we will be happy to look into this for you. There can be delays caused by weather, holidays, and postal and customs backlogs. These are thankfully fairly uncommon, but please do not be alarmed if your item is a little late. On the incredibly rare occasion that an item is found to be lost, a replacement will be provided.

Cancelled orders

If you need to cancel an order before it has been sent, please let us know. Note that cancelled orders due to a change of mind are subject to a 5.5% fee to cover Paypal fees for refunded transactions.

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with any of the items received (which we hope, due to our high standards, would never happen) please let us know within 7 days of receipt, as we can usually offer a replacement. Any items that require replacement must be posted to us within 14 days of a return being accepted, please ensure you obtain proof of posting / tracking..

Please ensure that you do contact us first for a return authorisation code, as returns will not be accepted without this.

In the unlikely event that any damage has occurred during delivery of your parcel, please ensure you take pictures of the inside and outside of the packaging, as these will be required to make a claim with the postal services.
