Covid-19 update

We're still open for business as usual, and shipping games out to you in these difficult times. Given the global lockdowns, there are understandably delays in items being received. Whilst we have not yet revised dispatch / delivery estimates whilst we learn more about the impact that Covid-19 is having on postal services. In the meantime, we would ask that you are as patient as possible, and understand that we are doing everything we can to get your items out to you as soon as humanly possible.

Placing an Order

How do I place an order?

Simply add the items you require to your basket, ensuring that you select the appropriate condition that you require (where variations are available). Once you have finished shopping, go to your basket and complete the checkout process.

What payment methods do you accept?

All of our payments are processed through Paypal, meaning that none of your financial details need to be held in our systems. It is one of the safest and most convenient ways to pay online. You can either use your Paypal account, or you can "Checkout as a Guest", meaning that you can pay with your credit and debit card through Paypal, without requiring a Paypal account.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, any orders cancelled before items have been sent by either us or our suppliers will result in a full refund minus 3% of your order total to cover Paypal refund fees. Once items have been sent either by us, or transferred from our supplier, the order can no longer be cancelled.


How long will my order take to reach me?

Please see our Delivery & Returns page for detailed information, this will depend on the estimated dispatch dates, and where you are having your order shipped to. Australian customers should receive their items 10-14 days from the dispatch date.

Do you send all items together?

Where all items are in stock and dispatched from our central warehouse, we always look to send together, although this may be in a number of packages depending on the size of your order. Where items first require a transfer from our supplier, these will often be sent separately. You will receive a separate dispatch confirmation email for each item as it is sent, which will provide you with your estimated delivery date.

Why have I not received my items yet?

First of all, please check your estimated dispatch date, and delivery times to your country. If you feel you should have received it already, and/or it is past the estimated delivery date, feel free to contact us at [email protected] or through the website. From time to time, there are delays in the postal services, or at customs, which are beyond our control, and may hold your items up for a few days longer than expected, so whilst items are usually delivered within the timeframe estimated, please do not be alarmed if yours is a little late.
