PGA Tour 96 - Game Boy

PGA Tour 96 for the Game Boy is the second and last entry in the EA Sports golf series on Nintendo's handheld, following on from PGA European Tour. Compared to other versions, it offers a different selection of playing modes, licensed golfers and courses, and also has its own style of graphical presentation.

The game includes five licensed courses: Avenel, Woodlands, Scottsdale, Summerlin and Sawgrass. Available playing modes are Practice, Tournament and a Skins Challenge. Up to two players can play, with any combination of human and AI players possible. Two human players can play taking turns on one Game Boy and it is also possible to watch AI players play by themselves.

Before a game, players can select from four different club sets. Actual gameplay is different from most contemporary golf games: the current hole to be played is seen from a top-down view. In this view, club and spin options are set and the target location marked by a crosshair. The view then switches to a perspective besides the golfer for the actual swing, which is controlled via the standard three-click method (start, strength, accuracy), visualized by a bar. The flight of the ball is again seen in the top-down view. For putting, the top-down view changes to a close-up of the green and the side-view zooms in on the golfer's feet.

Dispatch Times

Items are dispatched within 3 working days unless otherwise stated. Your estimated dispatch date will be shown at checkout. Some items may be in stock at our supplier and require a transfer to our dispatch centre before being sent, these will all have a later estimated dispatch date shown in your basket and on your order confirmation. Delayed or missing items

If you have not received your item within the timeframe estimated on your dispatch confirmation, please contact us, and we will be happy to look into this for you. There can be delays caused by weather, holidays, and postal and customs backlogs. These are thankfully fairly uncommon, but please do not be alarmed if your item is a little late. On the incredibly rare occasion that an item is found to be lost, a replacement will be provided.

Please ensure that you check your delivery address before buying. We cannot be held responsible for lost items where an incorrect address has been provided.

Cancelled orders

If you need to cancel an order before it has been sent, please let us know. Note that cancelled orders due to a change of mind are subject to a 5.5% fee to cover Paypal fees for refunded transactions.

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with any of the items received (which we hope, due to our high standards, would never happen) please let us know within 7 days of receipt, as we can usually offer a replacement. Any items that require replacement must be posted to us within 14 days of a return being accepted, please ensure you obtain proof of posting / tracking..

Please ensure that you do contact us first for a return authorisation code, as returns will not be accepted without this.

In the unlikely event that any damage has occurred during delivery of your parcel, please ensure you take pictures of the inside and outside of the packaging, as these will be required to make a claim with the postal services.
